About Sun and Bird Yoga

Sun and Bird Yoga began the first week of the pandemic in response to a shared desire to feel connected in the midst of isolation. Friends and family joined from as far away as England and Afghanistan along with those down the street, across the state, Midwest, and US.

Through the years, online practices remain steady as well as special in-person events.

Sun and Bird Yoga is designed for all. We begin each practice seated or standing with breath work, intentions, and readings. We warm up our bodies for poses and flows. We modify as needed, challenge ourselves to be strong, and finish with a final relaxation.
